It was disclosed that at the initiative of the State Govt. Gujarat Cooperative Milk & Marketing Federation was being involved to facilitate the Dairy Development in the State and in this connection it has further been decided that there would be an apex body to coordinate and facilitate the Primary Dairy / Milk Cooperatives in the State. In this connection a central level Cooperative under the proposed name and style as Jammu & Kashmir Milk Producers Cooperative Ltd. was also been Organized.We the members of the _________________________unanimously resolve to seek the membership of the proposed Central Level Cooperative and in this connection Mr. __________________is authorized to sign the necessary application form and also remit at least one cost of the share.It was further resolved that the draft Articles of Association of the proposed Cooperative was read and adopted by the members with one voice.
